Being a world leader in legal and tax services, its clients are multinationals, so the reports and advisory services I provided during my time at the firm have always been aimed at large clients and highly qualified operations within the commercial field.
During my time at the firm, my professional activities were related to mergers and spin-offs, incorporation and dissolution of companies, aspects related to industrial property and trademarks, as well as patent rights.

Arregui Law Firm of Lawyers, Economists and Auditors, founded in 1971 by Mr. Luis Arregui Díaz in Burgos.
The declarant began working in the firm as a legal and tax advisor on 1 March 1994, with the corresponding registration in the special regime for self-employed workers of the social security (a copy of the employment record is attached, showing the date of the corresponding registration). Given the work he carried out, it was not essential for him to be a member of the Bar Association of Burgos, and once he began to intervene before the Courts, he registered with the Bar Association of Burgos, registering on 6 March 1996, according to the attached certificate from the Bar Association.

Frequent professional practice before Courts with territorial jurisdiction outsidela Provincia of Burgos: between 1996 and 2005, the Burgos Bar Association has 221 reports of professional intervention in Courts and Tribunals outside Burgos, including the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court andla Audiencia Nacional , and another 123 reports from 01.01.2005 to the current date. This calculation does not include actions carried out, without the need for communication, in the territories of the various Bar Associations in other provinces, as the regulations have been modified and such communications are no longer necessary.
Type of cases, which have been and/or are open in recent years, entrusted to the declarant, directly related to the profile of the post, Commercial Law, in the strict sense, by way of example:
- Appointed on 25th April two thousand and five, by the Board of Directors of the Consorcio Hospitalario de Burgos, as a member ofla Comisión Liquidadora of the CONSORCIO HOSPITALARIO DE BURGOS, made up of three experts of recognised professional solvency. This Liquidation Commission was in charge of drafting a proposal on the procedure for the dissolution of the aforementioned consortium and its transfer to the Junta de Castilla y León. It also drafted and carried out the proposal for the assignment of the Consortium's own personnel. A copy of the document accrediting the appointment is provided.
- The declarant is an integral legal advisor in the commercial (corporate) area for numerous companies both in Burgos and outside Burgos (mainly in Madrid), where he provides his services on a regular basis, advising and drafting reports on, among other aspects, the following
o corporate operations: capital increase and reduction, change of registered office, change and appointment of members of the administrative body, "accordion" operations, amendments to the articles of association, mergers, spin-offs, exercise of the right of separation of shareholders, challenging corporate resolutions, exercise of liability actions against directors, preparation and challenge of annual accounts.

- In addition to the above, it should be noted in this section that since 2003 the declarant has been legal advisor in the commercial and tax areas of the company NICOLAS CORREA S.A. This company isla UNICA EMPRESA with its registered office in BURGOS LISTED ON THE STOCK MARKET (Secondary Stock Market). Within the aforementioned group I participated as legal advisor in the merger of NICOLAS CORREA S.A. and ANAYAK S.A. as well as in the spin-off of NICOLAS CORREA S.A. and the Holding INMOBIOPRESS S.A. Given the confidentiality of the documentation relating to both operations, it is not included in this curriculum vitae. However, if the evaluation committee deems it necessary to examine it, it would be provided with the prior authorisation of NICOLAS CORREA S.A. A certificate issued by NICOLAS CORREA S.A. on the declarant's status as legal and tax advisor is provided.
- As legal advisor to NICOLAS CORREA S.A., the declarant supervises the commercial communications tola CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) of all relevant events occurring onla Sociedad as soon as they take place, as well as the periodic quarterly communications, and those relating to securities and book entries required in respect of shares issued and listed on the secondary market.
- As legal counsel, he was involved in and advised on the merger by absorption of the companies GAMBASTAR-GAMBAFRESH. His role concerned the preparation of all the documentation relating to the merger: Merger plan, corporate resolutions and minutes of the shareholders' meetings of both companies, directors' report, official announcement of the merger, calculation of the merger premium, report on communication to the legal representatives of the creditors. role was to prepare all the documentation relating to the merger: Merger plan, corporate resolutions and minutes of the shareholders' meetings of both companies, Directors' report, official announcement of the merger, calculation of the merger premium, report on the communication to the legal representatives of the creditors. A copy of the first page of the merger deed containing all the aforementioned documents is attached (Notary's office of Mr. Julián Sastre, number 3.373 of his protocol, dated 2/12/1.998). - As a lawyer, he carried out and advised on the merger by absorption of the companies MORAL CAYUELA S.A.- CUBOSA S.A. His role was to prepare all the documentation relating to the merger: Merger plan, corporate resolutions and minutes of the shareholders' meetings of both companies, Directors' report, official announcement of the merger, calculation of the merger premium, report on the communication to the legal representatives of the creditors. A copy of the first page of the deed of merger containing all the aforementioned documents is attached. - As a lawyer, he has carried out and advised on the partial demerger of the companies NICOLAS CORREA HYPERBARIC S.A. - NICOLAS CORREA CALDERERIA S.L. The declarant passed the first examination of professional aptitude for access to the Official Register of Statutory Auditors on 5 August 1998 (certificate attached). Organisation of congresses and conferences:
The declarant has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Unión de Profesionales de la Administración Concursal who organised the XVII edition of its Jornadas concursales last year 2024. The declarant has organised all the conferences held since 2013.
The conferences are held in person (except for the two years of Covid 2020 and 2021) and the speakers are Magistrates of the Commercial Courts and some Provincial Courts, as well as leading experts in the practice of the profession. Prestigious academics such as Ignacio Tirado, Juan Pulgar, Juan Sánchez Calero, etc. have also been invited as speakers. The programmes of some of these conferences are attached.
Also since 2017 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Insolvency and Restructuring Law Section of the INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION. As Senior Vicechair one of my duties is the organisation of the annual conference of our section. These conferences usually consist of several panels of experts in the field of insolvency and restructuring, mainly practitioners, but occasionally professors and judges are invited.
